We are seeking candidates with the following skills:
• Experience with board service
• Public relations and marketing
• Non-profit management
• Financial management
• Conference presence and planning
• Program development
• Training
• Member acquisition
The board meets on a monthly basis using web-based technology. The volunteer commitment is an average of 15 hours a month. Individuals may nominate themselves or a colleague.
Nomination package Deadline: December 7, 2015
Candidate phone interviews: December 7-10, 2015
Slate Announced: December 10, 2015
Voting Opens: December 10, 2015
Voting Closes: December 17, 2015
Annual Meeting: December 22, 2015
Board Orientation: December 28- 31, 2015
Board term begins: January 1, 2016 (first Board meeting January 21, 2016)
