Upcoming AL!VE Academy Webinars for May & June

1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experiences mental illness, which means that means many of our current and potential volunteers are living with mental health conditions. In this interactive webinar we will cover simple tools, practical strategies, and next steps to create a volunteer program that welcomes, supports and sustains volunteers with mental illness. By the end of this training, participants will be better able to recognize some common symptoms and communication strategies, identify concrete steps that any organization can take, and create their own short and achievable action plan of next steps to better support volunteers with mental illness.
Free for AL!VE Members; $25 for General Public (you will be billed after registering)  Register here

This professional development webinar could be used as 1.0 Professional Development Units (PDU's) for CVA Recertification.  Attendees will be emailed a certificate after attending.
