Founded in 2009, the Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE) is the national membership association of professionals working in volunteer engagement. AL!VE members from across the field join together to provide networking, professional development, mentoring, and advocacy opportunities for our peers. While AL!VE welcomes international members, our programs and advocacy focus on advancing volunteer engagement in the United States.
AL!VE strengthens volunteerism through collaboration, networking, professional growth, and advocacy, empowering leaders to build inclusive, impactful, and resilient engagement programs.
Our bylaws guarantee transparency, accountability, and fairness, empowering members while ensuring integrity, consistency, and trust across all organizational operations.
