AL!VE, Better Impact & Hybrid Conference

Now in its 10th year, the AL!VE - Better Impact - VMPC Volunteer Management Hybrid conference is scheduled for October 17 & 18, 2023

Leveraging Technology in a Human World:
Inclusively, Responsibly, and Creatively

The generation of volunteers in the not too distant future will be very different compared to volunteers now.  How can we prepare our policies, programs and recruitment in an inclusive, responsible, and creative way that looks to leverage technology in a human world?

What is a Hybrid Conference?

Our presenters and crew present the them in a unique and fun way. We 'live stream' direct to you with an opportunity to discuss and share locally and internationally  throughout the day. This one-day conference is presented two separate days to accommodate time zones in North America.  Nearly 50 remote locations in the US, Australia, and Canada participate with over 900 attendees over the two-day period during past conferences.  Presentations from dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging trainers are live streamed to your local group.  A local facilitator guides group discussions in concert with the trainers.  Your group provides a location with access to a high speed internet connection, a screen, a local facilitator, handouts, and lunch/snacks for your group.

Individual registrants will be hosted by representatives from AL!VE and VMPC, and small group discussions will be in similiar cohorts.

Think Ted Talks meets late night talk show!

Registration now open

for host sites and individuals.
