Service Enterprise

Service Enterprise is the nation's premiere organizational accreditation recognizing commitment to strategic volunteer engagement that provides comprehensive diagnostic assessments, customized training, and resources proven to enhance efficiency, build capacity and increase impact. AL!VE's goal is to strengthen the capacity of organizations to strategically and effectively engage volunteers to address organizational and community needs.

Service Enterprise is managed by AL!VE in partnership with Points of Light and is powered by expert training partners dedicated to elevating volunteer-driven organizations and our field.

Diagnostic

Completion of a comprehensive self-assessment of current volunteer engagement practices, followed by recommendations for strategic improvement.

Training

Up to 16 hours of interactive training on volunteer engagement and change management to enhance strategy and strengthen operational practices.

Coaching

Up to 10 hours of expert, personalized coaching to support the practical application of training and implementation of recommended changes.

Accreditation

National designation recognizing an organization’s commitment to strategic volunteer engagement and alignment with the highest standards in the field.

Network

Connection to a nationwide network of high-performing nonprofits sharing best practices, offering peer support, and fostering collaboration.

Resources

Access to exclusive content and research, including a rich library of reports, tools, and resources on volunteer engagement and innovation.
