Embracing the Future of Volunteer Engagement

Building for Resilience and Sustainability

Volunteer professionals are being asked to do more than ever before.

Organization leaders want clear outcomes. Communities expect flexibility. Technology is no longer optional, while resources are stretched thin. Connect with peers who are navigating these same realities at the annual Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference.

Together, you will explore practical approaches to building more resilient, sustainable volunteer engagement strategies, and walk away with clearer direction, stronger frameworks, and the confidence to lead through change.

Two Ways to Participate in the Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference

Become a Host Site

A Host Site is a local gathering organized by an organization or company where volunteer engagement professionals come together to participate in the conference as a group. Instead of attending alone, participants join peers in their area to watch the live sessions, take part in facilitated discussions or workgroups, and exchange ideas in real time. This creates a more interactive and collaborative experience while still accessing the full conference program. Host Sites are a core part of the hybrid format, combining the accessibility of a virtual event with the energy and connection of in-person engagement.

Register as an Individual Attendee

Connect with peers navigating the same realities as you. As an individual, you can find a nearby Host Site to join in person with other local volunteer leaders. Or, if you can't attend in person, attend virtually from anywhere!
