AL!VE Volunteer Information Sessions are virtual opportunities for individuals interested in volunteering with AL!VE to learn how their skills, experience, and passion can support leaders of volunteers nationwide and strengthen the volunteer engagement profession.
Overview
Our Volunteer Information Sessions introduce prospective volunteers to meaningful ways to get involved with the association. These sessions highlight how volunteering with AL!VE supports the field of volunteer engagement, advances the association’s mission, and provides volunteers with opportunities to grow professionally while giving back.
Participants will learn about available volunteer roles, committee work, and short- and long-term opportunities, while also connecting with others who share a commitment to community, service, and professional collaboration.

Meeting frequency: Offered as needed throughout the year
Meeting length: 30 minutes
Time: Typically held during business hours (Eastern)
Format: Live, virtual information session
During each session, participants can expect to:
